I haven't forgotten this blog, I swear! I'm working on changing to a different software to run it, and overhauling my entire website. When I have the new software installed, this blog will really become the featured element of the site :-) I do have some big plans for it, including expanding the scope more and doing more casual, chatty type posts on various topics related to anime/manga and Japan, including discussion current books I'm reading (not just the manga), reactions to things in the news, etc. The new software I'm going to switch too is much easier to run and maintain, is more user friendly for y'all to comment (and me to reply), has better spam filters, and a nicer organization and layout.
