Sensual Phrase, Volume 6

This may be my favorite volume of Sensual Phrase yet! In addition to more on Aine and Sakuya, we get two awesome side stories of two of the Lucifer's band members own love lives. The cover of this volume features yet another hot scene between Sakuya and a naked Aine. On the back is another semi-accurate summary of the volume and a cute face-to-face shot of Aine and Sakuya.

This volume opens with Aine having to get used to all the "good" attention after Sakuya's public declaration of love for her. She now gets treated nicely at school and no more attacks by the psycho fans. Aine gets to meet Maria, Yuki's young wife, and their new baby. A few days later, Aine starts getting nauseous and wonders if she is pregnant. She worries over it and doesn't mention it to Sakuya, but he notices. After she faints in school, Sakuya waits for her to come home and initiates rather rough sex. It gets her to scream out that she might be pregnant to get him to stop, which, it turns out, is what he was expecting. He knows her so well. He's a little pissed that she didn't trust him, but she tells him it wasn't that...she was just scared. They go to the doctor the next day, and she's not pregnant, only suffering from exhaustion. While they are both a little relieved, Aine, at least, is also a little disappointed.

Later, to promote Lucifer's latest single Game Master, Aine decides that she wants Sakuya to cry in the video, because its sexy to see someone like him cry. LOL. He doesn't like the idea, but of course he goes along and manages to make himself cry without eye drops. It is damn hot too...Aine has taste. Sakuya is definitely back at work in force and holds a press conference announcing a FOUR MONTH release schedule, meaning two new singles a month apart, then a concert tour, finished with a compilation. Watching is some other group, D-Element who get worried because it will over shadow their debut. The leader tells his band not to worry, though, because Lucifer's hook is their nasty lyrics, so he is going to get Aine to write the same kind of lyrics for D-Element.

After that, we get too bonus stories. Forbidden Phrase is the story of Atsuro whose true love ends up being the one person he should never be with, his step-sister. Both fight it for a long time, but eventually they give in to their intense feelings for one another. The second tells of how Yuki was married to Maria through an arranged marriage. While she loved him, he didn't seem to feel the same and their marriage went unconsummated for ages, as Yuki treated her like a kid. When Yuki eventually choose music over his family's objection, he leaves her, but eventually returns for her and they finally become a real married couple (even if they are both teased in school LOL). For both Atsuro and Yuki, one thing that helped their decision to claim their was Lucifer's getting their first recording contract. Both were unwilling to confess to the ones they loved until they could provide for them, and once they did, neither let anyone stand in their way. It was really awesome to see those stories and finally get more details on the other band members. And their own relationships with their women are just as passionate as Aine and Sakuya's, which keeps the heat level up the whole volume.

So Aine and Sakuya get used to living together and come together even more as a couple, building on their new lives together and strengthen the love and trust between them. It is good to see them growing together. Looks like that new strength is about to be tested by this new intrusion. I can't wait to see what kind of method the leader is planning to use to get Aine. There are two other members of Lucifer, so I wonder if we'll find out about their love lives in the next volume. I can't wait for April to get here, I am so loving this series!
